Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản Nail Empire
Cách 1: ngay trong game
Mở game → ⚙️ Cài đặt → Xóa tài khoản → xác nhận. Tài khoản và bản lưu trên mây bị xóa ngay.
Cách 2: không cần mở game
Gửi email tới contact@sepbyte.com với tiêu đề Xóa tài khoản Nail Empire, ghi email Google/Apple đã liên kết (nếu có) hoặc mã người chơi trong Cài đặt → Liên hệ. Chúng tôi xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày và trả lời xác nhận.
Dữ liệu bị xóa
- Tài khoản Firebase (mã người dùng, liên kết Google/Apple).
- Bản lưu game trên Firestore.
Dữ liệu được giữ lại
- Lịch sử mua do Apple/Google giữ theo chính sách của họ (để bạn khôi phục giao dịch).
- Số liệu Analytics/Crashlytics ẩn danh, tự xóa sau tối đa 14 tháng.
Request deletion of your Nail Empire account
Option 1: in the game
Open the game → ⚙️ Settings → Delete account → confirm. Your account and cloud save are deleted immediately.
Option 2: without opening the game
Email contact@sepbyte.com with the subject Delete my Nail Empire account, including the Google/Apple email you linked (if any) or the player ID from Settings → Contact. We process requests within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Data deleted
- Firebase account (user ID, Google/Apple link).
- Game save in Firestore.
Data kept
- Purchase history kept by Apple/Google under their policies (so you can restore purchases).
- Anonymous Analytics/Crashlytics data, deleted automatically after at most 14 months.
