Arrow Crates – Privacy Policy

SEPBYTE COMPANY LIMITED ("we", sepbyte.com) makes Arrow Crates, a logic puzzle game for players aged 13 and over. This policy explains what information is used when you play the iOS and Android app.
What we collect
There is no account, no chat and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, photos or contacts, and the app does not send game statistics to us.

We do not run our own servers and we do not receive your game data.
Advertising
The free game shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner on the home screen, now and then a full-screen ad when you tap "Next level" after a win (not in the first levels, not after a loss and not in the daily challenge), and optional reward videos you choose to watch, for example for double coins, a booster or an extra life. Buying Remove ads turns off the banner and the full-screen ads; reward videos stay available only if you choose to watch them.
AdMob may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address (and the approximate location derived from it), device type, ad interactions and diagnostic data to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states), the game asks for your consent first using Google's consent message. On iOS, ads are personalised only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy options (shown where required), or in your device settings (reset or limit the advertising ID).

Age
Arrow Crates is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Change ad consent as described above, or buy Remove ads.
- Uninstalling the app (or clearing its data) deletes all game data on the device.
